Overview

LARTE Design GmbH is an auto-tuning business. I built an AI Sales Assistant on OpenAI + NestJS over an indexed catalog of 500+ products with prompt-engineered retrieval: it answers customer questions, recommends items, and assists sales in real time — over chat and even by phone — in 2–5 seconds. I owned the whole architecture — data indexing, the retrieval layer, the backend, and the integration.
