Overview

For NinjaPromo / HIDE Corporation I built an AI platform for sales-call analysis at a marketing agency — transcription, speaker diarization (separating who spoke), and scoring of how sales managers handle calls (speech tempo and delivery quality). It analyzed 1000+ calls across 15 reps, and the scores correlated cleanly with the company's most successful salespeople.
